We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic *LPN* who has a passion for working with the elderly population. Cadbury Commons is an Assisted Living/Memory Care community in Cambridge, MA.

In this pivotal role your daily tasks will include supporting the success of the SAMM program, performing assigned resident assessments, communicating with our pharmacy, exchanging communication with outside support agencies that assist our residents. The Wellness Nurse provides support and supervision of our medication managers and RAs/CNA's. On a daily basis you will communicate with residents and their families to help ensure that our residents receive only the highest standard of care.
