Job Details:

  • Pay: $ (to be updated)

  • Specialty: Physical Therapist Assistant

  • Day shift; Monday to Friday, No weekend rotation

  • 32 - 35 hours weekly guarantee

  • Setting: 400 beds: LTC unit 40, AL 100, ILF 250-275. 2 Licensed buildings with AL and another AL/LTC unit and AL dementia unit

  • Full time Activity dept staff for the Licensed buildings that offer off site trips/activities often corroborated with Rehab Services.

  • Positions Open: 1

 

Requirements:

  • Active Unrestricted NH License

  • BLS via American Heart Association – required

  • Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
