Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, Sales VP’s, and / or National Account Managers Position Overview GHA Technologies, Inc. is seeking experienced Technology Sales Professionals to join our team. We are the #1 employee‑owned value‑add reseller in America, recognized for top industry awards and rapid growth. Responsibilities Develop and secure new commercial accounts with at least 250 employees, targeting one new account every two weeks. Generate virtual appointments and onsite qualified appointments, earning a $500 bonus per virtual appointment and up to $1,500 weekly bonus for meeting minimum call and qualified appointment targets. Meet call, guide, and qualification metrics to achieve a $10k fast‑start bonus per month for the first 12 months and $120k first year performance target. Report on profit margin incentives: 200% of the margin for the first 90 days of shipped orders, and 40–59% thereafter. Contribute to a newly built swarm of online and distributed sales initiatives, including quick‑turn inventory fulfillment. Qualifications Minimum three years of direct technology sales experience. Strong knowledge of AI, cloud, virtualization, and data‑center technologies. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and business‑development skills. Experience with large enterprise accounts and account‑based selling. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range $96,000–$2,000,000 with leading commissions and bonuses. $10k fast‑start bonus per month for 12 months. $2,500 first‑week training pay for the first five training days. Up to $10k new client account credits, $5k donation credits, and $400 gift‑card credits per successful account development. W‑2 employment with medical, dental, HSA, 401(k), and company stock ownership (ESOP). Stock shares awarded annually to all employee‑owners.
