We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital medicine, particularly with geriatric patients, and possess strong knowledge in respiratory therapy and airway management.

\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*

- Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate respiratory care plans

- Administer basic life support and ventilator management

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care in the ICU setting

- Perform diagnostic tests to assess lung function

- Educate patients and their families on respiratory treatments

\*\*Experience:\*\*

- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting

- Proficiency in airway management and ventilator care

- Strong background in respiratory therapy techniques

- Familiarity with treating geriatric patients is preferred
