Maintenance Director

Maintenance Director role at Marquis Health Consulting Services Full‑time opportunity located at Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center – a 110‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility.

Salary

$58,000 – $98,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership of the maintenance department. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Coordinate HVAC, boiler, compressor, and generator operations. Develop and enforce maintenance schedules and safety procedures.

Read and interpret blueprints and maintenance schematics. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and labor laws. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in a maintenance position.

Experience

in nursing home or long‑term care settings required. HVAC certification strongly preferred. Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. Licensed in accordance with applicable standards, codes, and labor laws.
