Role Summary Financial Analyst I: As an individual contributor, you will manage day‑to‑day oversight of payments, reporting, and accounting related to the company’s debt, lease and credit facilities for Alaska Air, Horizon Air and Hawaiian Airlines. You will support technical analyses across finance, fleet and treasury subjects. Financial Analyst II: Drives process improvement for treasury and finance. You will provide analytical support, forecast liquidity and balance sheet metrics, and advance debt and lease portfolio oversight. This role requires a self‑starter with strong financial acumen and cross‑divisional collaboration. Key Duties Financial Analyst I Administer aircraft debt, operating leases and credit facilities: maintain accurate records, forecast obligations, process payments, validate wire activity, and complete financial reporting/compliance obligations. Process daily shareholder return activities according to established strategy. Monitor credit conditions, rating agency assessments, and credit trends. Maintain audit documentation and support internal audits and SOX compliance. Forecast cash flow, balance sheet metrics and non‑operating income/expense. Prepare monthly financial reports, support closing process and liaise with internal and external audit teams. Enhance reports and processes to improve controls, efficiency and cost savings. Perform ad‑hoc analyses and duties as assigned. Financial Analyst II Develop solutions for aircraft debt, operating leases and credit facilities. Manage daily shareholder return activities. Advance treasury and finance process solutions. Recommend financing and audit requests, applying financial concepts. Train team on credit condition monitoring. Maintain audit documentation and SOX compliance. Forecast and consolidate cash flow, balance sheet metrics and non‑operating income/expense independently. Lead monthly reporting and financial closing support, liaising with audit teams. Recommend and implement continuous process enhancements. Job‑Specific Experience, Education & Skills Financial Analyst I Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics or accounting, or two years of relevant analytics experience. Knowledge of accounting, finance and investing fundamentals. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial modeling. Strong organization, detail orientation, verbal and written presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize. High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum age 18; must be authorized to work in the U.S. Financial Analyst II 2 years analytics experience in Treasury, Finance or related discipline. Bachelor’s degree or two years of relevant training in lieu of degree. Knowledge of accounting, finance and investing fundamentals. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial modeling. Strong organization, detail orientation, communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize. High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum age 18; must be authorized to work in the U.S. Leadership Expectations Embody values to own safety, do the right thing, be caring and kind, and deliver performance.
