Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Sr. Oracle Systems Analyst/ Consultant to join a Government Consulting company located in Tysons Corner, VA ; Tulsa, OK; or San Antonio, TX through 100% onsite work . The Senior Oracle Systems Analyst will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Oracle HCM payroll systems, supporting system updates, and driving organizational change management initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for Oracle HCM applications aligned with business objectives. Lead configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle HCM payroll solutions. Manage payroll system updates and releases, ensuring timely execution and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and procedural issues within payroll systems. Maintain system documentation and protocols, including training materials. Conduct quality assurance, audits, and ensure payroll data integrity. Collaborate with payroll and finance leadership to optimize processes and system functionality. Analyze system usage data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Deliver training and change management plans for new functionalities. Qualifications 8+ years of functional and technical experience with payroll systems. Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM payroll systems (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. Deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and multi-state/global environments. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
