Schedule Options (Full-Time): Monday Friday 1:00 PM 9:30 PM Monday Friday 4:00 PM 12:30 AM Evening shift with rotating responsibilities in a modern, automated lab setting. What You ll Do: Perform clinical laboratory testing in accordance with department protocols and regulatory standards Analyze and report test results with accuracy and efficiency Conduct specimen processing and maintenance of testing equipment Troubleshoot instrumentation and resolve test performance issues as needed Participate in updating procedures and improving lab workflows Assist with QA/QC programs and ensure documentation meets lab and compliance standards Communicate effectively with lab leadership regarding operations, issues, or updates Maintain inventory, help with administrative tasks, and support departmental projects Adhere to all safety regulations and organizational privacy/security policies What s Offered: Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Comprehensive medical and retirement benefits Paid time off, holiday coverage, and continuing education support Opportunities for growth within a large, multi-site lab organization Supportive team culture and advanced equipment including Roche systems
