This hybrid role provides the opportunity to work on high-profile projects across various sectors. The Senior Structural Engineer will lead analysis, design, and computer modeling initiatives while coordinating closely with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil teams to deliver exceptional structural solutions. Develop and analyze structural designs using advanced computer modeling, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASCE 7, AISC 360, ACI 318). Produce detailed plans, specifications, and drawings, and review shop drawings as part of construction administration. Act as a technical liaison between disciplines, providing clear communication on project objectives and resolving design or construction challenges. Lead projects from conceptual design through to final construction, collaborating with cross-functional teams on innovative solutions and novel concepts. Participate in project, client, and team meetings; conduct facility assessments and prepare technical reports. Coordinate with engineers, CAD technicians, and interns to ensure timely execution of assignments and adherence to project schedules. Travel minimally to project sites to oversee field evaluations and ensure on-site compliance. A Bachelor of Science degree in Structural or Civil Engineering is 100% required. 10+ years of structural engineering experience in developing designs for a wide range of materials and asset types (residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, land, etc.). Demonstrated proficiency in structural engineering software (e.g., Bentley RAM products), 3D modeling tools (Revit and AutoCAD), Microsoft Excel, and BlueBeam. Solid communication, technical writing, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
