This role is central to driving field sales effectiveness through the development and execution of strategic initiatives grounded in data-drivenuchte insights. By combining strong commercial acumen with advanced analytics, this leader will partner across the organization to influence decisions, optimize performance, and guide the evolution of future sales strategies. As a strategic leader, this role is responsible for cultivating a high-performing team, fostering strong cross-functional partnerships, and spearheading initiatives that accelerate business outcomes while elevating team capability and impact. Work model, sponsorship, relocation At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.
