Assistant Store Manager Location: 5725 Johnston Street, Lafayette, Louisiana 70503. Employment Type: Regular. Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level. Job Function: Sales and Business Development. What You'll Do Leading and supporting a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests. Driving sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching on and off the sales floor. Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining our guests as our top priority. Assisting the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high-performing and diverse team. Assisting in building bench strength for the boutique by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility. Establishing open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with your team. Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures fairly and consistently. Maintaining a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest by utilizing, leading, and delivering our visual brand standards. Problem solving; proactively, creatively, and often independently, driving new ideas and creating solutions to problems.
