Position Overview We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Operations to oversee and scale operations across our hospitality portfolio. The VP of Operations will play a critical role in shaping the company’s future, driving efficiency, and ensuring our properties and teams exceed performance expectations. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and strategic direction for multi-unit operations across the Forge Hospitality portfolio. Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and standards to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability. Partner with property-level leadership to drive consistency, accountability, and excellence in service delivery. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for all properties. Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation in operations. Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams that embody Forge Hospitality’s values. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality operations, including at least 5 years in a senior/multi-unit leadership role. Proven track record of driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and profitability. Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L at scale. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Why Join Forge Hospitality?
