A services organization in New York City is currently seeking licensed Physician, with a FamilyMedicine background, to join their staff in Manhattan.About the Opportunity: Specialty: Primary CarePatient Population: Mainly adultsSchedule: Monday to Friday (4 days clinical work and 1 day admin)Hours: Standard business (35 hour work week)Call Schedule: Minimal Responsibilities: The Family Medicine Physician will: Performhistory and physical assessments as indicated by his/her specialty areaProvideservices in accordance with generally acceptable standards of medical practiceDevelopa plan of treatment/care for the patient that also includes education and follow-up visitsMakereferrals, as indicated by the needs of the patientCommunicatewith other healthcare providers related to diagnosis, treatment and plan for the patient either verbally and/or through documentation in the medical recordMaintaincurrent and complete documentation in the medical record that reflects the care and services provided to the patientPerform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New YorkBoard Eligible / CertifiedFamily and/or Internal Medicine backgroundExperience in a FQHC, Outpatient and/or Primary Care setting Your privacy is important to us.
