This is a *100% Mobile* position that requires our LVN to drive throughout the *South LA and Central LA areas* with areas including but not limited to BELL, SOUTH GATE, LONG BEACH, WEST HOLLYWOOD, LINCOLN HEIGHTS, etc.

Compass Palliative Care is looking for a professional, driven, and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to see patients in their homes and provide the following care:
* Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
* Document all care provided and maintain accurate medical records.
* Follow established care plans and assist with implementing therapeutic interventions.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.

Previous experience as an LVN in Hospice or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
* Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication skills
* Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals with special needs.
* Strong organizational skills to keep track of clients’ medical documentation.
* Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and willingness to drive throughout the South Los Angeles.

This is a per diem position. Compensation for this role will be a flat fee of $35 per patient seen.

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
