Job Details: In this role, the call responsibilities are shared among a collaborative team of experienced Surgeons, fostering a supportive and balanced work environment. As part of our commitment to advanced healthcare, we proudly utilize the Da Vinci XI Robot, offering our patients minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical options. This is a full-time hospital-employed position, welcoming both new graduates and experienced surgeons to apply. Physicians must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery. To further support your practice, we provide physician outreach and marketing support, ensuring a strong connection with the community. The position boasts a high surgical volume, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and development. While visa sponsorship is not available, we welcome applications from dedicated surgeons seeking a long-term commitment to our healthcare community. Compensation Package: We offer a competitive compensation package, commensurate with the MGMA Median. The package includes a base salary plus WRVU, providing a fair and rewarding structure. To facilitate a seamless transition, we offer a large commencement bonus, which is negotiable and forms an integral part of the overall compensation. Our commitment to your well-being extends to a comprehensive benefits package, encompassing relocation assistance, CME support, dues and subscriptions coverage, and assistance with obtaining a Mississippi Medical License. Additionally, we cover Board Certification Fees and/or Medical Association Membership Dues, ensuring a supportive and financially advantageous practice environment. For those completing their training, a Fellowship Stipend is provided, recognizing the dedication to continuous learning. We also encourage you to bring your friends through our generous physician referral program. About Us: Our hospital is a 153-bed facility, recognized as a Level III Trauma Center. We operate a 24-hour ER with specialized programs focusing on women and children, oncology, cardiology, gastroenterology, imaging centers, specialty clinics, and boast a sophisticated robotic platform.
