Housekeeping Houseperson – Conrad Washington DC Stay inspired by joining the stunning Conrad hotel located in the heart of urban DC as a Housekeeping Houseperson The stylish and sophisticated Forbes 4‑Star hotel has brought a new standard of luxury to DC with 360 rooms, 32,000 square feet of banquet space, and five food and beverage outlets, including a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, and in‑room dining. Classification: Full‑Time Shift: Various – must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Union Position Pay Rate: $29 per hour plus benefits. Responsibilities Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms. Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays. Greet guests in a friendly manner. Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair. Stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed. Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed. Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed.
