**Job Description:**
- Intermediate Tele/Cardiac Care unit
- Care for patients with cardiac or other medical diagnoses requiring intermediate care
- Administer medications such as Cardizem, Amiodarone, Milrinone, Insulin, Heparin, and Nitro
- Perform EKGs, Central Line Draws, IV starts, and other procedures including pre-CABG, catheterization, and other as required
- Utilize equipment including telemetry, IV pumps, SCDs, high flow NC ventilators, and occasional Bi-Pap
- Manage a nurse/patient ratio of 4-5:1
- Floating to other units as required
- Wear scrubs (any color/print) with closed-toed shoes
