Overview Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of Commercial Electrical Construction experience. This role is in person at our Abilene, TX location and reports to the Austin, TX office. Responsibilities Provide direction to the project team to complete the project on time while maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and customer loyalty. Be responsible for day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of a project. Manage electrical commercial projects within core markets: Healthcare, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences, Higher Education, and Commercial. Work closely with all members of the project team as well as Project Executives and Regional Leadership teams. Supervisory Responsibilities Management of all project team members (Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinators). Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast-paced growth. Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience within Electrical Commercial Construction. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems, including cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience running multiple complex, highly technical projects within core markets. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Prolog or similar), cost management software (CMIC or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar). Required Skills And Abilities Excellent listening and communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues and support team morale. Education And Experience Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems. Experience with cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience running multiple complex, highly technical projects within core markets. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. 5+ years of Project Management within Electrical Commercial Construction. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Travel to and from the office as well as assigned job sites.
