Inside Sales Associate – NorthEast Electrical NorthEast Electrical is seeking a full‑time Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Stamford, CT. This role supports retail and professional customers with customer service, order entry, and digital tool promotion. Shift: Monday‑Friday 7am‑5pmSalary Range: $28.00–$35.00 per hour plus commission Responsibilities Grow sales and gross margin by taking orders over the phone, in person, and via our digital tools. Enter stock, special, direct, and back orders as required. Provide customers with information and demonstrations of our online solution for fast and easy ordering through our website. Participate in ongoing training for digital tools. Utilize resources inside and outside the company to assist in closing sales and providing service. Participate in processes and programs aimed at promoting our digital tools to enhance the customer buying experience. Perform outreach calls to new and existing customers to drive business and increase market share. Back up and provide assistance to the counter. Perform other duties as required or directed by Manager. Qualifications Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and website navigation. Strong customer service and communication skills; electrical or construction experience is helpful. Ability to adapt quickly to changes. Dependable and a strong work ethic. Team‑working mindset. Electrical distribution experience is preferred.
