**Job Description:**
- Provide speech therapy services in both a pediatric outpatient clinic and contracted school services.
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Clinic setting involves working with children from birth to age 18, with the oldest currently being 12.
- School setting involves working with children aged 3 to 11.
- Flexibility to adjust caseloads and settings according to therapist preference and expertise.
- In the clinic, the caseload may include up to 12 thirty-minute sessions per day and 5-6 evaluations, or a combination of both.
- In the schools, the caseload typically runs from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with the possibility of ending the day in the clinic from 3:00 PM to 4:30 or 5:00 PM.
- Expected productivity is approximately 70-80%, varying by setting and caseload.
- Record-keeping utilizes Meditech in the clinic and SOAP notes or daily data collection in schools.
- Use of standard assessments and materials, such as REEL, DAY-C, TELD4, GFTA3, OWLS2, functional communication profile, and TOLDP5, in both clinic and school settings.
- Collaborate with the pediatric supervisor to manage caseloads and scheduling.
