Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing quality care for patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings such as inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and operating rooms.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient information and vital signs accurately in electronic medical record systems.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of hospital medicine, clinic operations, and outpatient care procedures.
- Familiarity with anatomy and medical terminology.
- Understanding of Cerner or similar electronic health record systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
