Construction Project Manager Maintenance The Construction Project Manager will: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies. Coordinate with engineers, technicians, designers, and drafters to ensure satisfactory delivery of assigned projects. Act as a liaison between the project team regarding changes or problems. Select, negotiate with, and coordinate the work of vendors, contractors, or subcontractors.

Meet with clients, architects, engineers, and other design personnel to establish project plans, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate construction project resources and be responsible for material management. Track progress toward milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field required. Four (4) to six (6) years of experience required. Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools and cost estimation software.

Salary

Range:112,440.00 - 179,907.00 USD We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
