Role Description Echelon is seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice President of Finance to lead its financial operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Stuart, FL. The Vice President of Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, preparing financial statements, managing financial reporting processes, and developing strategies to optimize financial performance. Additionally, the role requires supporting organizational decision-making through data-driven insights and ensuring adherence to financial regulations and best practices. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies. Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and conducting comprehensive Financial Reporting. Demonstrated Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance. Experience in senior-level financial management roles is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across departments. Proficiency with financial software and tools, as well as a strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards.
