NYFS Senior Associate, Real Estate Tax Services at KPMG US Join to apply for the role of Senior Associate in Real Estate Tax Services. Responsibilities Provide tax compliance and advisory services to real estate businesses operating as REITs, partnerships, and corporations. Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience. Build and manage client relationships by engaging with them on a frequent basis. Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects. Advise clients and be responsible for delivering high‑quality tax service and advice. Participate in and contribute to market and business activities by supporting our practice's high‑growth sectors. Qualifications Minimum two years of experience with corporate taxation, REITs, consolidations and partnerships, and solid knowledge of ASC 740. Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, or Master's in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college or university. Experience with partnership taxation. Excellent advisory and compliance skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate complex information. Ability to handle multiple engagements and client service teams.
