Health System is looking for a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a multi-disciplinary, Patient Centered Medical Home model that integrates family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, nurse midwifery, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, podiatry and optometry. The medical staff includes 3 family medicine physicians, an internist, pediatrician, an ob/gyn, general surgeon, orthopedic surgeon, 2 podiatrists, an optometrist, 2 certified midwives, 4 physician assistants and a family nurse practitioner. Practice Highlights: Outreach to our Friendship Clinic 15-17 patients per day Brand new clinic connected to a brand-new Tomah Memorial Hospital 1:6 call Flexible schedule with the option of a 4-day work week 1:1 MA:MD/DO and 1.5:3; RN:MD/DO In addition, the Clinic also provides outreach clinics in cardiology, dermatology, oncology, audiology, vascular surgery, nephrology, urology, otolaryngology, oral surgery, and orthodontics. The Clinic practices state-of-the art medicine and connects you with the entire Gundersen Health System with its digital radiology, telemedicine and a system-wide integrated electronic medical record (Epic.)
