*Responsibilities:*
* Patient Care: Administer medications, monitor vitals, and provide direct nursing care.
* Assessment: Assist in care plan development and conduct ongoing patient assessments.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records.
* Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
* Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
* Compliance: Follow facility policies, infection control, and safety protocols.
* Education: Educate patients and families on health issues and self-care.

*Requirements:*
* Experience: Recent LPN experience in LTC.
* Education: Accredited LPN program graduate.
* Licensure: NC or compact LPN license.
* Certification: BLS required.
* Skills: Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills; PCC experience preferred.
* Shift: 12-hour nights, including every other weekend and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Travel nursing

Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
