Your Role: As Head of Digital Asset Operations, you will work with the bank Chief Operating Officer to support the custody and safekeeping of customer digital assets. You will leverage your experience to help build the leading bank custody department for digital assets, and by extension, the best digital asset custody operations for the entire industry. This is very much a hands‑on role, and like the rest of the LevelFIeld Bank leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for getting the job done while growing the team in line with the increasing scale of the bank. We are looking for a doer, a leader, and a builder. Location: This is a fully on‑site position in Houston, TX . The role depends on close collaboration with business and technology partners, which is best achieved through in‑person engagement. Key Responsibilities: Champion our brand: Embody LevelField’s innovative culture, fostering trust and enthusiasm for our cutting‑edge banking solutions. Digital Asset Movement Management: Coordinate movement of digital assets into or outgoing from the Bank. Service as primary operations point of contact for digital assets. Digital Asset Balance Management: Provide oversight and management of balances of digital assets held both internally and externally. Digital Asset Reconciliations: Ensure that internal systems match with the blockchain and investigate and resolve any discrepancies. Digital Asset Customer Support: Resolve operational issues for digital asset related products and services. Leadership: Supervise the Digital Asset Operations team. Additional Responsibilities: Stay ahead of trends: Maintain awareness of the broader context and implications of the various types of risk affecting the business. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategies to improve the department. Work collaboratively: Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the department and the bank. Think like an owner: Contribute ideas to improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive the bank’s growth. About You: Minimum of 5 years financial services industry experience; 3+ years in a digital asset related role preferred; At least 3+ years of people management experience. Willingness to work flexible working hours, as required. Ability to lead, prioritize and execute on multiple simultaneous priorities and initiatives.
