Job Title: Account Director, Hospitality Sales Reports To: Director, Hospitality Sales Location: Southwest Florida Employment Type: Full Time/Exempt Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Job Function: Sales and Business Development Overview: The Account Director, Hospitality will play a key role in developing strategic relationships with hotel owners, general managers, and hospitality consultants while maintaining and expanding relationships within our strategically important large accounts. The primary sales focus is to increase revenue by offering the full suite of services, including internet, Wi‑Fi, video, phone, dark fiber, and transport service. The incumbent will professionally address customer needs, make expert recommendations, and articulate Summit Broadband’s value proposition in the Florida marketplace. Our corporate culture encourages individuals to succeed and grow. Responsibilities: Build and foster relationships with senior leaders of the most impactful hospitality brands. Expand strategic customer relationships to drive larger impact for the customer and deliver business outcomes. Sell the full suite of services to new and existing hospitality customers. Develop sales strategies, present solutions, follow up, close, and maintain. Generate new lead sources through prospecting and networking. Create and maintain a 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day sales funnel with qualified opportunities within the CRM (Salesforce). Generate and sell high‑margin solutions by targeting on‑net and near‑net prospects. Qualify sales opportunities and align internal resources for proper sales support. Develop key sales skills through meetings and training. Attend hotel association meetings and events. Meet or exceed the monthly recurring revenue sales quota. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Previous sales experience in the technology field. Experience building business partnerships through selling and consulting with large hospitality customers. Proven track record of creating, driving, and delivering upon strategic account plans. Senior salesperson with extensive experience in winning large deals. Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to achieve goals and determine priorities. Excellent presentation skills. Prior demonstrated success with over‑achieving sales objectives. Working knowledge of computers and experience with word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software. Must be able to pass criminal, motor‑vehicle record, and drug testing. Additional Information: Summit Broadband is a tobacco‑free and drug‑free workplace.
