We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations for a skilled nursing community in the St. Petersburg area. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical team performance. Position Summary The Director of Nursing is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating all nursing services in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and standards of care.
The DON partners closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to drive clinical excellence and positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
