Job Description: May be on your feet for long periods of time Occasional lifting of materials up to 75+ pounds Power tool experience Concrete floor preparation including concrete grinding Ability to move in awkward/tight positions Assess and procure all equipment and materials for install Provide clear communication with all customers during the install process Participate in employee training with management Drive vehicles as needed Ensure all company property, including tools and materials, are always well kept and secure Measure and mix materials per instructions necessary for job Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and timely Ensure vehicle and/or trailer are always clean and orderly Restock and prep vehicle for the next workday Communicate all issues regarding broken equipment, customer and employee relations, material and any other concerns to management Other reasonable duties per management’s request Comfortable using mechanical equipment Benefits/Perks: Highly competitive compensation "Great place to work -- All for one and one for all" Health Reimbursement Benefits 401K Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Sound like you?
