Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr About the Role Must be local to Charlotte, NC and must be authorized to work for any US Employer without Sponsorship We’re looking for a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst who’s passionate about building products that just work. You’ll be the gatekeeper of quality — making sure every release we ship is stable, high-performing, and user-ready. In this role, you’ll dive deep into the systems that power our platform, test new features before they go live, and troubleshoot complex issues when they appear in production. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to make sure our users have a seamless experience every time. Who You’ll Work With You’ll report to the QA Manager and partner with engineers, designers, and product leads. This is an individual contributor role — no direct reports, but lots of impact. What You’ll Do Own quality for the products and systems you support — from design reviews to production verification. Write test plans and create test cases that reflect how real users interact with our platform. Run functional, integration, regression, and performance tests to make sure every release is solid. Log, track, and manage defects — and follow them through to resolution. Jump in to troubleshoot high-priority production issues as part of Tier 3 support. Analyze patterns in defects and help us improve our process (and prevent future issues). Collaborate closely with developers to validate fixes and confirm readiness for deployment. Provide thoughtful estimates for testing efforts during planning. What You Bring You’re detail-obsessed and take pride in finding issues before users do. You can juggle multiple projects without losing focus. You’ve done QA or technical support before and know how systems behave under pressure. You’re comfortable reading logs, using text editors, and digging into data to find root causes. 3+ years using Zephyr and Selenium You understand the balance between business priorities and technical precision. You communicate clearly — whether writing a test case or explaining a bug to a developer. Nice-to-Haves Experience with automated testing tools or scripting languages. A background in SaaS, startups, or fast-moving product teams. Working Style Primarily in-office Rare travel, maximum up to 10%. You’re flexible — launches and releases sometimes happen after hours or on weekends.
