Key Responsibilities Lead a team of professionals in developing bridge design and construction plans for bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects. Create and update specs and contract documents for State DOT and Municipal Projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 10+ years of transportation infrastructure design experience. Project experience with State DOTs preferred. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation required. Business Development experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to effectively participate as part of a project team, develop and maintain client relations, and meet project demands and schedules.
