Physician-lead medical group is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join a well-established practice in northwestern Illinois, just east of Davenport, IA.Details: Full-time employed position Join one physician and experienced clinical and non-clinical staff Call coverage will be split 1:3 consisting of calls only Group offers on-campus radiology, lab and pharmacy services to assist with the care of your patients Infusion Center reopening in January of 2026 Compensation/Benefits: Competitive compensation with two-year guarantee of $330k, then transition to wRVU Model $120k recruitment incentive Relocation allowance up to $15k Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Generous paid time off consisting of 4 weeks of vacation time, 1 week CME, & 6 paid holidays CME Allowance of $6k annually Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 403(b) with match and 457(b) Malpractice Coverage The Community: Enjoy the best of both worlds in a welcoming, close-knit community that offers affordable living, quiet neighborhoods, and quick access to everything the Quad Cities have to offer from scenic riverfront trails and top-rated golf to vibrant local dining and entertainment.
