Master client relationships by understanding their needs, lifestyle, and investment goals. Make daily calls to prospective clients and actively build your book of business. Leverage our CRM system to stay organized, nurture leads, and grow your sphere. Ideal Profile : Requirements : Organized Positive, happy attitude Great at connecting with people and winning their confidence Be very comfortable learning and managing new web-and-phone-related productivity tools Always looking your absolute best Ability to be flexible to show properties when clients need Be on call to work 6 days a week You must have a valid & Active Florida Real Estate License to apply You have at least 1 year experience within an Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
