Branch Manager Join Clean Harbors as a Branch Manager at HPC Industrial in Westlake, LA. You will manage overall branch operations, ensuring safe, cost effective, and efficient day-to-day management while driving revenue growth. Base pay range $45,450.00/yr - $143,966.00/yr Responsibilities Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices and policies. Direct and optimize overall operations in the assigned geographic area. Monitor overall branch performance with special attention to safety and environmental issues. Provide overall leadership and direction while maintaining a secure and respectful team-oriented workplace. Aggressively market the Company services and seek growth opportunities. Prepare and monitor the annual budget and enforce cost controls. Monitor ongoing updates of equipment and parts inventories to maintain quality and cost effectiveness. Perform annual performance reviews of all staff and participate in development of niche markets. Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations and rules. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience creating and understanding budgets and financial analysis. Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and mentor. Strong attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills. Leadership experience in a supervisory role. Perform physical functions per job requirements. Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical. Preferred Qualifications Established networks and recognition within the industry. Industry knowledge and/or experience.
