Strategic Talent Leader at Eisner Advisory Group EA Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a leading real estate management company in South Florida to recruit a Vice President of Accounting. This pivotal leadership role oversees all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Responsibilities Lead and inspire the accounting department, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and high performance. Oversee all financial reporting activities, including month‑end close, audits, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability within accounting operations. Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessments that support business development initiatives. Mentor and develop accounting staff through training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Manage projects related to system upgrades and implementation of new financial tools to optimize workflows. Serve as the primary liaison for external audits and tax filings. Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership and support budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with operational teams to align financial objectives with hospitality performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills Proven leadership experience managing large accounting teams in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. Strong strategic planning and business development acumen with a history of implementing successful financial initiatives. Expertise in managing P&L statements, budgets, and financial forecasts. Exceptional ability to lead complex accounting functions with precision and compliance. Skilled in project management and process improvement methodologies. Knowledge of revenue recognition and financial reporting standards related to sales processes. Education & Credentials Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Active CPA license required. Master’s degree strongly preferred.
