Senior Marketing Manager Hash Kitchen is looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing efforts across all channels. This role is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for shaping brand strategy, driving creative storytelling, and executing impactful campaigns that fuel growth, profitability, and brand relevance. Help shape the online presence of the Hash Kitchen, helping drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth Collaborate with in‑house photography, videography, and the Savory creative team to design eye‑catching visuals that align with the identities of the brand and the target audiences. Brainstorm fun campaign ideas with the content creator and help bring the vision to life through photography and videography Direct, coordinate, and oversee the creative development for content, including lifestyle, F+B photoshoots + video shoots Interact with followers and the broader online community across all platforms for each brand. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering meaningful conversations and maintaining a positive brand image Develop and maintain a well‑organized social media content calendar and yearly marketing calendar for each brand. Utilize social media management tools like Later to schedule and automate posts efficiently Present the marketing calendar to each team quarterly so everyone is ahead of all upcoming campaigns Work with Paige and our PR team to identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant partners for the brand. These partnerships should amplify the reach of the brand and generate authentic engagement Work closely with Mack Media Relations to coordinate media visits, interviews, press requests, and deliver requested assets for local media publications. Plan media events with Mack Media + and deepen relationships with media, influencers, journalists, and charitable organizations Help maintain an organized Marketing budget for the brand Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to coordinate creative development, advertising, and promotional efforts for campaigns. Leads the planning and executing of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and objectives. Provide mentorship and guidance for the overall marketing team Develop monthly and special event promotions and offers for Hash Kitchen Attend networking and charitable events, on‑site and off‑site events to deepen brand awareness within the local communities Work with the Savory Marketing team on billboard (Blip) campaigns Send monthly recaps stating all the wins from the marketing team for Savory business review presentations Responsible for working with ownership on new menu rollouts, product launches, and grand openings Collaborate with the Savory NSO team to help with marketing efforts in the launch of new location and concept openings WHO WE ARE Hash Kitchen isn't just a restaurant—it's a brunch revolution. Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast‑paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non‑sedative state.
