This position partners with senior leadership to influence strategic direction, develop tactical plans, and drive adoption of AI-driven initiatives across internal and external audiences.**Job Description*****This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a our St. Petersburg, Florida Headquarters location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.******Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.*****Key Responsibilities:*** Lead strategic prioritization of AI initiatives, ensuring resources and efforts align with business goals.* Develop and deliver executive-level communications, including presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.* Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, third-party vendors, and executive leadership to ensure seamless execution of AI strategies.* Drive change management efforts to foster digital transformation and adoption of AI technologies.* Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership.* Lead cross-departmental task forces to advance high-priority initiatives.* Translate complex analyses into concise presentations for senior management.* Build clear and compelling narratives to communicate AI strategy across the enterprise.* Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure effective AI implementation.**Technical Skills/Experience:*** 10+ years of relevant experience including management or leadership experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.* Advanced presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint or similar).* Strong narrative development and executive communication capabilities.* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments with competing priorities.* Ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Experience in strategic planning roles within technology or financial services* Strong background in business operations, project management, product management preferred.**Education**Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science, Bachelor’s: Data Science, Bachelor’s: Information Technology, High School (HS) (Required)**Work Experience**General Experience – 10 to 15 years, Manager Experience - 6 to 10 years**Certifications****Travel****Workstyle**HybridAt Raymond James our associates use five guiding behaviors (Develop, Collaborate, Decide, Deliver, Improve) to deliver on the firm's core values of client-first, integrity, independence and a conservative, long-term view.
