Our healthcare facility is seeking a highly skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician to provide exceptional obstetric and gynecological services. This exciting opportunity offers comprehensive support, competitive compensation, and the chance to work in a dynamic environment committed to excellence in women's health.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality obstetric and gynecological care during 24-hour call shifts, including the management of labor, delivery, and other OB-related procedures. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring positive outcomes for mothers and their babies, supported by a dedicated team and modern facilities.Required Skills and Qualifications: Valid Oregon medical license (must already possess; licensing will not be provided) Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Proven experience in obstetric and gynecological procedures Ability to handle 24-hour call shifts with professionalism and composure Excellent clinical judgment and patient management skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in high-volume or hospital-based settings Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Bilingual proficiency in English and other languages Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of experience in OB/GYN practice Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment Other Requirements: Oregon license required (we do not license physicians) Privileging process up to 60 days Availability for scheduled shifts starting December 25, 2025 Duties involve solo and collaborative patient management during long shifts The position offers an hourly pay rate of $2,028.00, with shifts from 07:00 to 07:00 for three consecutive days per rotation, starting on December 25, 2025.
