Summit Human Capital is seeking a 100% Remote Sr. Product Owner supporting one of our Fortune 500 clients We are looking for a Sr. Product Owner who possesses a wide breadth of experience in enterprise level environment with a focus on building out cutting-edge technology products The ideal candidate for this role should have a passion for tackling the tough problems and ability to do so with minimal day-to-day guidanceTop Skills: 5+ years of experience working as a Product Owner within software development, data engineering, AI/ML, or cloud development Experience working with teams in cutting-edge cloud environments, preferably AWS Deep understanding and execution of product road mapping, backlog grooming, and product delivery from PoC through production Excellent communication skills Desired Qualifications• Ability to take control of situations and make the best decision for both the business and development teams to achieve common goals• Ability to translate and communicate business needs to new development teams to set direction and focus• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment• Experience with JiraResponsibilities• Defines and manages product roadmap from PoC to production• Work with C-Suite and other senior leadership via steering meetings and presentations for product updates• Manages the sprint planning process and participate in all relevant ceremonies (reviews of prior sprints, grooming, retrospectives, etc.)• Understands business processes and procedures as they apply to creating state-of-the-art technology products• Writes detailed functional specifications, user stories and product documentation• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather "buy-in” on products to help ensure long-term viability• Partners with key technical staff to confirm the overall solutions meet business requirements• Collaborates with the business stakeholders on all aspects from vision to realistic production usage of the product Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Summit Human Capital by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Product Owner” roles.
