Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated LTAC Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with medical professionals to deliver quality healthcare services. This is a 13 Week contract in Bristol, TN

Shift: 3x12s Nights

Hourly Rate: $49

Duties
- Conduct health assessments and create care plans for patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care and ventilator management
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment

Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Knowledge of health coaching, DME, physical examinations, and PICU care
- Familiarity with workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Ability to ventilate patients as needed
- Strong understanding of medical office procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
