Senior Product Engineer, EU – Ashby We’re building an environment that encourages engineers to own and deliver impactful products. As a Senior Product Engineer, you will own a large portion of one of our products from research to launch, balancing product design with engineering execution. Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end development of product features, from competitor research and wireframing to implementation and iteration. Collaborate with product managers and designers to turn ideas into functional, user‑centric solutions. Own project scope, documentation (specs, technical design), and delivery milestones. Build reusable, high‑quality components and architectures that scale across the product ecosystem. Iterate quickly within a culture of minimal process, focusing on domain expertise, experimentation, and rapid shipping. Qualifications Senior or mid‑senior full‑stack engineering experience with strong ownership mindset. Comfortable working across the stack (TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, Postgres, Redis). Experience building or architecting reusable libraries or shared components. Proven ability to tackle product and technical ambiguity, balancing speed with quality. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to influence stakeholders and mentor peers. Self‑driven and adaptable in a fast‑paced startup environment.
