Due to our company's dynamic growth, we have an immediate opening for the position of Entry-Level Manufacturing Stacker for Spears Manufacturing's Coastline Plastics in Pulaski, TN.

We have increased our starting pay for entry-level positions to a minimum of $17.00 per hour.

We have openings on all three shifts.

We have a number of open positions at our plant. These are entry-level manufacturing positions that can lead to a rewarding career. This entry-level position is as a Stacker.

  • These entry-level positions start at $17.00 per hour.
  • No experience necessary we will train.
  • We offer a shift differential of fifty cents per hour for third shift. Entry-level positions are open for immediate hire

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to stand and walk for approximately 8 hrs.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Capable of reading a tape measure
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • To bundle and palletize products
  • To observe product for quality issues
  • Keep work area clean
  • Lift bundles of pipe occasionally 50 pounds +-

A physical, background check, and drug screening are required. Spears Manufacturing provides a drug-free work environment.
