Are you a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant? Currently looking for an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to fill an opening with an outpatient setting located around the Flint, Texas area. Interested candidates should at least have 1 year of Physical Therapy experience, an Associate of Science degree, and have graduated from an accredited LPTA program. Interested candidate should also have a valid TX PTA license, or already have started the process of obtaining them. Requirements of the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistance experience is preferred Active TX PTA license, or eligible to obtain Full-time, Direct-hire Opportunity Outpatient Setting Day shifts Monday - Friday No weekends; No holidays Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Plan and implement treatment interventions according to patient plan of care Documents daily record of patient's condition, adapting treatment plans accordingly under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Communication of patient progress with Physical Therapist, patient, family, and interdisciplinary team Patient and family education of patient progress to include skilled recommendation on AE/DME and community support where available and when appropriate Ability to work in a typical clinical environment, stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and lift/assist patients as needed Beyond this outpatient setting, Radius Staffing Solutions partner with facilities nationwide for their Rehab needs.
