_*Key Responsibilities:*_
* Supervise and support the night shift nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
* Ensure all residents receive high-quality nursing care in accordance with their care plans.
* Conduct regular rounds to monitor residents' health status and respond to any changes.
* Handle emergencies and critical situations promptly and effectively.
* Oversee medication administration and ensure proper documentation.
* Provide guidance and training to night shift staff as needed.
* Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team and participate in handovers to ensure continuity of care.
* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
