Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Investor Relations Coordinator to $140K - Elevate Investor Engagement Our client, a boutique private equity firm, is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator to provide critical support for investor communications and fundraising initiatives. In this role, you'll coordinate meetings and events, manage investor data, and ensure seamless execution of roadshows and quarterly calls. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in investor relations within financial services and thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment. Responsibilities Coordinating investor meetings and events; managing logistics for fundraising roadshows and industry conferences; preparing briefing materialsдәм and maintaining CRM data; scheduling and supporting quarterly LP calls and advisory meetings; overseeing updates to investor‑facing website content; and providing administrative support to the investor relations team. Qualifications Payroll: 5+ years of investor relations experience in private equity or financial services. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Proficiencyжан Microsoft Office Suite.Callback CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Proactive, resourceful approach with strong attention to detail.
