Position Overview The Chief Engineer at LiveHappy, LLC is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of engineering activities within an organization. Implement effective risk management strategies to ensure project success. Budget and Resource Management: Help develop and manage the engineering department budget. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity. Quality Assurance: Help implement and monitor quality assurance processes to deliver high‑quality products or services. Help establish and maintain quality control standards. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications. Collaborate with regulatory affairs to address compliance issues. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on engineering activities, project status, and key performance indicators. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Qualifications Proven experience in a senior engineering management role. Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth technical knowledge and expertise in plant operation, CMMS and BMS. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Strategic thinker with the ability to align engineering activities with overall business objectives.
