Description We are seeking an analytical, results‑driven finance professional who is passionate about applying financial expertise to navigate complex business challenges in support of the Worldwide AppleCare Finance organization. This role requires strong financial modeling and analytical skills, the ability to partner cross‑functionally with regional and global teams, and the capability to develop, influence, and execute business strategies. The individual will identify opportunities, deliver insights, and present clear, data‑driven recommendations to senior management. Responsibilities Analyze spend and other key performance indicators to identify drivers for cost‑saving opportunities. Forecast quarterly cost center spend based on business drivers and historical actuals, and trend analysis. Provide cross‑functional finance support to business teams, delivering insights, analysis, and guidance to enable informed decision‑making. Manage and oversee cost center activity including PO/PR approvals to ensure budget compliance and operational efficiency. Perform balance sheet reconciliations including flux analysis and preparation of supporting regional journal entries. Prepare and post journal entries related to accruals in accordance with Finance and Accounting Policies. Maintain and enhance spend reporting dashboards in Tableau, partnering with business teams to enable clear and effective spend tracking. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field of study. 2+ years of related finance/accounting experience, ideally with an FPA background. Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills at both macro and micro levels. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience in preparing key commodity forecasts used in monthly purchase price variance forecast and gross margin analysis. Experience in reconciliation and analysis of Apple supply chain data to contract manufacturer and supplier data. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $166,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
