Night Shift Available

12 hour shifts; 36 hours/week

Must have 2+ years of experience as a medical-surgical

Must have valid IL RN license

Must have current BLS certification

Responsibilities:

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.

Evaluating medical information, as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre and post-surgery patients.

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Nurse to join our team. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings across different locations. Skills:

- Valid nursing license (RN)

- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred

- Proficiency in ICD-9 coding system for accurate documentation and billing purposes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members

- Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and work well under pressure

- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks)

- Knowledge of aseptic technique for infection control purposes
