The Case Manager position is full time and requires self-motivated individuals who can work quickly and accurately. This is a fast-paced environment and needs someone who can multi-task and wants to move up in the organization. A very customer service focused individual who is smart and learns quickly. Heavy call experience is required; again this is a fast-paced environment with a heavy case load experience as well. Responsibilities Analyze financial situation and make sound decisions based on information provided by the clients and the Tax Agencies. Call the IRS and other Tax Agencies to request and verify information such as Compliance. Read and Understand transcripts. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and attention to detail. Manage and Prioritize Cases depending on the complexity and quantity. Work with our Attorneys, Enrolled Agents, and CPAs for our clients cases. Other duties upon request. Qualifications Must be able to request IRS Transcripts, Wage/Income Transcripts, and complete Compliance calls with the IRS for Federal Tax Investigation. Greet and contact clients over the phone and in person. Verify clients’ personal information and update files as needed. Preparing case file and working closely with enrolled agents and tax preparer towards case resolution. Prepare and update IRS/State Power of Attorneys. Review, prepare, and update IRS/State financial statements. Provide case status and updates to clients. Address any IRS and State letters and escalate case if needed for client\'s account protection. Contact clients for additional documents/information necessary to complete their cases. Collect and scan documents into clients\' case file. Bilingual (Spanish/English) (Preferred). Excellent customer service experience. Organize, strong written and communication skills. Must not be afraid to make contact with clients by phone or meet them in person. Ability to multitask while working with clients and navigating our software/database. Proficient and comfortable with office equipment (Microsoft Office, Outlook). Employment Details Experience in Case Management: 2 years (Preferred) IN TAX RELIEF. Experience: Tax Resolution Case Manager: 2 years (Required). Ability to Commute: Anaheim Hills, CA 92808 (Required). Ability to Relocate: Anaheim Hills, CA 92808: Relocate before starting work (Preferred). Work Location: In person. Job Type: Full-time.
